(DC) Film shows last night's state dinner for royal couple. President dances with Queen; Betty Ford dances with Prince Philip. Queen visits New Zealand Embassy. Royal couple and Fords attend dedication of portion of National Cathedral. Queen and Prince attend luncheon at Capitol hosted by Vice President Nelson Rockefeller and Speaker House Carl Albert. She views copy of Magna Carta, lent by Britain for Bicentennial. Royal couple hosts party for Fords tonight. They leave Friday for Newark, New Jersey.
