(Studio) Former high official of Grumman Corporation tells Senate subcommittee White House aide in 1952 [sic. 1972] told him if Corporation made $1 million contribution to Nixon re-election campaign, it would help corporation sell planes to Japan. Corporation says it never gave money to Nixon campaign and senior officials say they've never heard of White House offer. White House aide, now in private bus., denies story.
