(Studio) New York City buys double-decker buses from Britain; begins use today.
REPORTER: David Brinkley
(NYC) Report on 1st day of bus use. Problems arise. [DRIVER - says brakes locked.] Other problems noted. [MAN - says ride very nice.] [2nd MAN - says it's a little dizzy but not too bad.] [3rd MAN - says it's weird.] Is hoped buses will help cut traffic congestion and air pollution.
