(Studio) Last escapee, Douglas Shelton, from Brushy Mtn. prison in Tennessee captured. James Earl Ray in confinement following his break and capture.

(Brushy Mtn. Prison, Tennessee) Ray's attorney Jack Kershaw fighting attempts to move client to federal prison. Tennessee Governor Ray Blanton urges move. [KERSHAW - thinks Ray regrets caper. To concentrate on getting new trial now.] Kershaw claims to have pictures of Raoul, man reported by Ray as head of plot to kill Martin Luther King.
