(Studio) Secretary of State Henry Kissinger may begin shuttle diplomacy mission to Africa. Tanzania President Julius Nyerere says it would be welcome. Kissinger discusses problem with French President Valery Giscard d'Estaing then goes to West Germany.

(Hamburg, West Germany) France and West Germany are likely contributors to econ. aid plan for Rhodesia in peaceful settlement. In West Germany, Kissinger talks with Chancellor Helmut Schmidt. Shuttle may begin next wk., but final details of plan not yet worked out and Rhodesia government hasn't agreed to mission yet. Some details of proposed plan noted.
