(DC) Details of report noted. Committee criticizes Commerce Department for not enforcing laws with regard to Israel boycott. [Committee chairperson Representative John MOSS - speaks with regard to matter.] Some dissent on committee [Representative John COLLINS - says report useless; Arabs don't care what United States is doing in business because they don't need US.] [Commerce Secretary Elliot RICHARDSON - says report is on past conditions; Department's policy presently is to support and implement existing laws with regard to Arab boycott.] Legislation to crack down on boycotting likely.
