(Studio) Supreme Court decisions with regard to firing of Tacoma, WA, teacher because of homosexuality, and with regard to women's payments to pension funds noted.

(DC) Report on demonstrations in protest of lower court ruling with regard to reverse discrimination of Allan Bakke. Protesters march at court and hold rally at Capitol, where black Congmen. make speeches. [Representative Parren MITCHELL - says they retreated under Nixon and Ford and have given up much, but protester's presence shows they've drawn line. Says blacks will go back no further, but forward.]
