(Bartow, Florida) Cattle feeder Don Kaplan's use of cattle waste to make feed for cattle and to make methane gas for use as fuel detailed. Interest of farmers from USSR , China (PR) and other cntries. in feed usage and of US government energy officials in methane use described. [KAPLAN - cites potential for use of organic wastes as fuel.] Kaplan's belief re: eventual conversion of cities' raw sewage into methane gas noted.
