(Studio) Congress recess for holidays without passing energy bill and debate in conference committee with regard to natural gas pricing noted.

(DC) Committee's failure to pass compromise on natural gas detailed. [Senator Bennett JOHNSTON - has no part in measure after today.] [Representative Paul ROGERS - says Senators ought to be able to compromise among selves and nation demands it.] Committee's disagreement with regard to adjournment noted. [Senator James ABOUREZK - begins to make motion with regard to adjournment; asks if he still has floor.] [Representative John DINGELL - moves House adjourn.] [ABOUREZK - tells Dingell to leave.]
