(DC) Admin. may toughen public attitude toward campus unrest. Attorney General John Mitchell to speak on it. Congress wants punitive action. Representative Edith Green says Edward subcommittee to widen study of campus unrest. [GREEN - says punitive legislature to help Students for a Democratic Society most. 1 wing of Students for a Democratic Society out to close colleges and tear down government] Representative Green says faculty members who encourage riots should be fired.
