(Los Angeles, California) Defense firm, E-Systems, helped build Viking 1 Mars lander, has Pentagon contracts and helps maintain Air Force One. Now SEC lawsuit says part of company's payments on military contract with South Korea may have been used as bribes. Details of case, now in Los Angeles court, noted. American embassy in Seoul furnished list of names from which company picked go-between in contract, Korean Research Institution Money not paid to Institution but was handled by Howard Lee and Jong Ho Yoo, according to SEC lawsuit. Other details with regard to suit noted.
