(No location given) Report on lack of oil and wealth of coal in US. 1973 Arab oil embargo and OPEC (Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries) pricing of oil now noted. Towns like Hotchkiss, Colorado, may soon be coal mining centers. Problems in mining coal and fed. government studies with regard to how best to mine it and use it noted.
