(Hanoi, Vietnam) Cmsn.,led by former UAW (United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America) president Leonard Woodcock and former Senator Mike Mansfield, is met by deputy foreign minister Phan Hien. Commission hopes to meet with Premier Pham Van Dong and deliver personal letter from President Carter.
