(Studio) February unemployment rate up due to fuel shortage.
REPORTER: John Chancellor
(Mansfield, Ohio) Layoffs at Westinghouse appliance plant in Mansfield, Ohio noted. Most couldn't get unemployment benefits. Case of Gloria Boyd and husband noted. [Frank HAMMER - says he doesn't believe there was a shortage, and Washington, DC ought to do something.] Workers say layoff unnecessary.
