(Studio) FBI agents gather quietly at NYC's federal cthse. to show support for former FBI supervisor John Kearney, accused of illegal mail opening and wiretaps in surveillance of radical group, Weather Underground.

(NYC) Agents' gathering noted. Kearney believed to be lst FBI agent indicted for felony. [KEARNEY - thanks group for support.] Arraignment proceedings noted. If jury finds Kearney guilty, he could get up to 25 years

(Studio) Attorney General Griffin Bell won't comment on Kearney case, but says he'd like to see law, with regard to legal FBI activities, clarified.
