(Studio) Egyptian President Anwar Sadat ends visit to DC. Seems to say normal relations with Israel may not have to wait as long as he'd said earlier.

(DC) Sadat has press conf.; says he's urged Carter to open talks with Palestinians. Has rejected Carter proposal with regard to permitting Israel to keep outposts beyond borders. [SADAT - says sovereignty is indivisible.] Sadat also says United States has moral obligation to sell arms to Egypt to counter USSR and Cuba advances in Africa. Carter to see 3 more Arab leaders
