(Studio) Health officials discuss "adult care homes" at meeting of congress committee on aging.

(NYC) State investigators charge that many mentally ill dumped at adult care homes. Homes are for elderly unable to afford own hsing., but not ill enough for nursing homes. [Mrs. Sarah KLEIN - describes conditions in adult care home. Homes only want money.] [State assemblyman Andrew STEIN - says mistreatment, rip-offs common in adult home business just as in many nursing homes.]
