[OMP director Bert LANCE - cites effect of winter weather on Florida crops and drought on California crops as reasons for food price rises.] Lance and other administration officials meet with United States Steel chairperson Edgar Speer to discuss steel prices; is said administration may allow more foreign steel in United States to force prices down. Admin. officials to meet privately with other industry leaders with regard to prices.
