(Studio) Upcoming Egyptian Israeli peace talks to be held in Washington, DC in 10 days noted. Israeli delegate reported to be foreign minister Moshe Dayan; while Egyptian delegate yet unnamed. President Anwar Sadat's report to his parliament in Cairo that President Carter will come to Egypt for treaty signing and White House statement that it's not yet known where treaty will be signed stated.

(Cairo, Egypt) Details of Sadat's address to parliament given; his comments about Arab hard-liners, include Libya's Colonel Muammar Kadhafi, and request that Jordan's King Hussein assume responsibilities in peace movement noted. Sadat's mention of concessions won from Israel given. Incident involving opposition member of parliament during speech described. Expectation reported that Sadat will soon launch new initiative to bring in investment from west to rebuild Egypt's economy and that he will request President Carter be full partner in this also.

Contd. fighting in Beirut between Syrians and Lebanese Christians reported Lebanon President Elias Sarkis' call for new coalition government stated. Syrian President Assad's visit in E. Berlin to discuss more aid from Soviet bloc and denouncing Camp David accords mentioned.
