(Studio) Cuban President Fidel Castro's invitation to Cuban exiles to return for mtg. with him, with regard to political prisoners and allowing relatives of exiles to leave Cuba, reported.

(Havana, Cuba) Details of planned talks given. Speculation that Castro will release most, if not all, of about 3000 political prisoners still in Cuban jails after completion of talks noted. Effect of such move on US-Cuba relations described. United States continued demands for withdrawal of large number of troops from Angola and Ethiopia stated.
