Webster's statements reported [WEBSTER - says FBI exists to uphold law and will do so according to Constitution.] Prosecutors' call to 3 former top FBI officials, include acting director L. Patrick Gray, to testify with regard to probe of whether Nixon White House ordered illegal techniques and recent secret questioning of John Ehrlichman, John Mitchell and H.R. Haldeman noted.
