(DC) Details of swearing-in ceremony for Mrs. Humphrey, who is escorted into Senator by Senator Wendell Anderson and sworn in by Vice President Mondale. Senator Dan. Matsunaga's presentation of wreath of flowers to new Senator mentioned. Senator Humphrey's induction into Congress Women's Caucus, as only woman Senator, noted. [Senator HUMPHREY - compares feeling today to that when she and late husband, Hubert, were married. Hopes to be able to fill his shoes.]
