Grounding of Greek tanker off coast of Massachusetts, presenting danger of oil spill, and looting in Roxbury and Dorchester areas of Boston, because of partial blackout of city, reported.

Flooding along Connecticut coast, like that in Harry Thompson's driveway, noted.
