(DC) Details of United States payment to Mexico to spray marijuana fields given. Govt. health officials have found that some of this coated marijuana that is being smuggled into United States can cause irreversible lung damage to users. [State Department spokesperson Mathea FALCO - doubts that United States would tell another country how to deal with problem felt to be threat in other cntry.] Lawsuit against government by pro-marijuana group noted.
