(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) Report is on television station KYW's story on Julie MacAdams and her younger sister Denise, both of whom are almost totally deaf and will probably be so by teenage years, and efforts of Julie's 2nd grade class to learn sign language and song for her on Valentine's Day. Julie's mother, Barbara MacAdams, taught class sign language and class decided to learn song for Julie as present. Class shown singing song. Reaction of Philadelphia residents to KYW's report described.
