(Studio) Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Fahd's statement that Saudis will consider recognition of Israel, if comprehensive peace settlement creating Palestinian state is reached, reported President Carter's remarks on Israeli position on United Nations resolution 242 and withdrawal from west bank stated. Resignation of Mark Siegel, chief Carter liaison with American Jewish community, because of opposition to arms sales to Saudis and Egyptians reported.
