(Chicago, Illinois) Details given on trial of Frank Walus, accused of keeping his participation as member of Nazi Gestapo and SS in World War II secret from immigration officials. Testimony against Walus by Simon Malatanov, with regard to killings in Czestochowa, Poland, outlined. Judge in civil trial is Julius Hoffman. Defense claims of mistaken identity for Walus detailed.
