(Studio) Contd. halt to vote-counting in Dominican Republican after military seized ballots noted.

(Santo Domingo, Dominican Republican) Mil. patrols in Santo Domingo to keep peace noted. Details given about situation in country since vote-counting stopped by military when it was shown that opposition leader, Antonio Guzman, was leading President Joaquin Balaguer. Opposition party's suspicions that government plots massive vote fraud to ensure Balaguer's election stated. Mil. leaders hints that they'll not stand for opposition victory and opposition's promise of violence in that event cited.
