(DC) Details given of Strauss' suggestion for government setting example in fighting inflation. [STRAUSS - discusses ways government will cut spending, incl. possible delay in projects by General Services Administration and similar actions by Pentagon.] Labor leaders' position that wages shouldn't be held down till prices are down and business leaders' position that there's no reason to hold down prices till government holds down spending stated. Outlook for inflation given.
