(Denver, Colorado) Aftermath of snow in Colorado described; cleanup efforts in Boulder, Colorado, mentioned. Weather Service monitoring if rivers and streams running down canyons, in anticipation of flooding later in week, noted. Storm's movement across Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and Illinois reported; is expected to cause heavy rains later in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia and Mississippi.
