(DC) Complaints of harassment and threats by Synanon members reported to news team by tenants of Boston House apt. building, near White House detailed. Occurrences while report filmed reported; alleged attack on photographer from "Washington Post" by Synanon members include founder Chuck Dederich mentioned. Rptd. threat from Synanon to Arthur Di, who lives at Boston House, stated. [DI - describes experience when threatened.] Apt. building's present owner noted as Stuart A. Bernstein, whose attorney reports Synanon has contract of sale but doesn't yet own building
