(Studio) Concern of mayors meeting in Atlanta about tax revolt and how to meet problem reported.

(Atlanta, Georgia) Mayors' decision against endorsing Prop. 13 because of view that cities aren't to blame for tax problems stated. [Milwaukee Mayor Henry MAIER - reports differences in increases since 1960 of city government employees and in increases of school system and state and federal govts.] [MAN - describes taxpayers view of which employees to get rid of, instead of public service workers.] [Detroit Mayor Coleman YOUNG - says mayors have to go somewhere if tax base is destroyed or cities perish.] Dilemmas facing mayors examined.
