[National board chairperson Margaret Bush WILSON - cites figs. with regard to black unemployment.] Group's concerns that there's neo-conservative movement going on that is affecting congress action on national health program and welfare reform outlined. NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) director Benjamin Hooks' comments quoted.
