(DC) 1975 lawsuit against Union Oil by station owners on chgs. of illegal price hikes after Arab oil embargo recalled. Govt. interest in lawsuit due to release of 1975 company memo with regard to regulations concerning prices noted. Energy Department statement about case given. [Service Station Association representative Vic RASHEED - says memo suggests major oil companies deliberately circumvented government price control regulations.] Refusal of Union Oil officials to be interviewed; spokesperson's statement quoted. Govt. lawsuits against Exxon and Texaco cited.
