French offer of free ride on Concorde supersonic transport for return to United States reported [Maxie ANDERSON - thinks it appropriate that they take fastest way home when they came slowest way to Europe.] Transatlantic TV interview on NBC's "Today" program mentioned; film shown. [Ben ABRUZZO - discusses possibility of circumnavigating globe via balloon.] Dinner had by balloonists, their wives and friends from Albuquerque, NM, described; plans to buy dinner in London for 2 British balloonists who recently attempted transatlantic crossing cited.
