[KRAMER - states amts. consumers can lose due to uninformed purchases.] Details about life insurance policies and company practices given; disclosure laws in some states reported [IN Univ. insurance professor Joseph BELTH - believes many consumers buy wrong kind and amount of life insurance while paying more than necessary.] FTC (Federal Trade Commission) plans for tougher regulations stated.
