(Studio) Reaction from Syria and PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) to upcoming Camp David summit meeting of President Carter, Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and Israeli Prime Min. Menahem Begin reported Secretary State Cyrus Vance mentioned.

(DC) Secretary of State Vance's return to United States from talks with Sadat and Begin noted. [VANCE - comments on attitudes of Begin and Sadat.] White House sources' denials that United States will offer own peace plan and statements that Carter will offer suggestions reported.
