(Atlanta, Georgia) Details about Senate hearing, headed by Senator Sam Nunn, and allegations of violence and drug abuse in Atlanta federal prison given. [Former inmate J.W. WALTERS - discusses amts. of money he's seen in prison, amts. of heroin and types and numbers of weapons there.] Accusations of drug smuggling against employee John Carroll and another prison employee stated; Carroll's denial noted. [CARROLL - denies lying to committee ] Expected testimony by prison warden reported.
