(Studio) Report on federal judge's order for jailing of city officials of Carpentersville, Illinois, for refusal to issue more sewer permits.

(Chicago, Illinois) Background of case involving subdivision in town and controversy over issuance of sewer permits for part of it given. [Village president Orville BRETTMAN - says furnishing subdivision with sewer treatment means either new sewer system or allowing sewage to run into basements or Fox River.] Judge's orders with regard to officials' jail stay stated.
