[Amoco spokesperson Larry DURLAND - thinks industry would irritate government if guidelines violated; mentions other attacks on industry] OCAW president's remarks about Carter guidelines, made at union headquarters in Denver, stated. [OCAW president A.F. GROSPIRON - thinks guidelines unreasonable.]
