[CASTRO - (through translator) says he's here as spokesperson for underdeveloped ntns.] Cuban president noted comparing Israeli treatment of Palestinians with Nazi's attempted genocide of Jews. [CASTRO - (through interpreter) comments on rich-poor discrepancies in world.] Delegate reaction to speech noted. Demonstrations noted include denouncement of Castro by sister, Juanita Castro; films shown.
