(Studio) Death of leukemia victim Chad Green reported; his parent's defiance of court order with regard to Laetrile treatments recalled.

(Tijuana, Mexico) Last few weeks of Chad's life recalled by parents; films shown. [GREENS - discuss son.] Clinic's insistence that Chad take chemotherapy as well as Laetrile and parent's decision to remove him from chemotherapy reported [PHYSICIAN - says Chad showed symptoms of relapse.] William Ginsberg, attorney for Greens, reported seeking autopsy. [GINSBERG - comments.] Chad's body reported flown to Nebraska following autopsy.
