(Studio) Report with regard to sexual assault of 10 year old boy in West Virginia introduced

(Beckley, West Virginia) Stated that county hospital in Mullens, West Virginia, did not have facilities to conduct a rape exam. Victim said sent to Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, West Virginia. Boy said there for 3 hrs without being examined. [Victim's MOTHER - comments on having to wait for an exam.] [Mullens Police Officer James MILLER - says doctors were not interested in case.] Reasons why doctors refused to conduct exam given.
