(Studio) Chrysler's statement with regard to Placing UAW (United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America) president Doug. Fraser on board of dirs. after reaching agreement with union last week recalled; objection by some union members noted.

(Detroit, Michigan) Proposed contract terms stated; criticism of terms by some union members in belief that lower than usual concessions given in exchange for Fraser's seat on board reported [WORKERS - comment on situation; Walter Reuther mentioned Some of Chrysler's board members shown with names accompanying photos; Fraser's nomination said good for only year; other limitations on his position outlined. [FRASER - comments.] UAW (United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America) officials said feeling workers will ratify contract.
