(Cairo, Egypt) Defense Secretary Harold Brown said told repeatedly that Egypt needs military aid to help stabilize the area. Brown's meeting with President Anwar Sadat noted. [SADAT - speaks of defending his cntry.] Arms sales to Egypt said conditional on Egyptian-Israeli peace treaty.
