(Studio) Plans of Sterling, Illinois, radio station to play tapes offered it by Radio Moscow, with regard to life in USSR and called "Moscow Mailbag", reported Station's trouble with government stated.

(Sterling, Illinois) WSDR radio's problems with government with regard to broadcast of tapes from Radio Moscow detailed. Laws with regard to such broadcasts noted, include Communications Act. Station's discussions with Justice Department and with listeners reported [LISTENERS - comment.] [WSDR president Tom DAVIS - won't allow Justice Department to tell him what to broadcast.] Davis' plans to go to court, if barred from broadcasting tapes, stated.
