(Mt. Shasta, California) Plight of Scott Jablin, allergic to most everything in environment, examined. [JABLIN - discusses pollution, personal situation.] [Dr. Phyllis SAIFER - says she's seeing more allergy cases induced by chemicals.] Jablin's search for safe environment examined; his stay in porcelain trailer outside Dallas hospital recalled. Jablin's attempts to live near Mt. Shasta noted; his inability to tolerate indoor environments, necessitating living outside,-outlined. [JABLIN - comments.]
