(Vienna, Austria) Details given of final day of mtgs. between President Carter and Leonid Brezhnev; films shown. Signing of Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (SALT) II agreement in Hofburg Palace shown, detailed. [BREZHNEV - (thru interpreter) speaks about treaty.] [CARTER - says limits on powers have been set.] Brezhnev's difficulty with hearing noted. USSR statement, attached to treaty, with regard to Backfire bomber examined. Carter's position with regard to Backfire stated. Departures of both leaders reported, shown.
