[Chrysler treasurer Robert MILLER - comments.] Poor sales of K car noted affecting company's financial situation; firm's proposed wage freeze mentioned. [EMPLOYEES - comment.] Other sacrifices asked of banks and suppliers by Chrysler outlined. [MILLER - comments.] Next week's meeting between Chrysler and federal loan guarantee board noted.
