(Studio) Controversy reported touched off by Ronald Reagan's appointed of Jackie Presser to transition team.

(DC) FBI's accusation that Presser is among those involved with violation of federal laws covering Teamsters' pension fund noted; Justice Department report's linkage of Presser with Cleveland, Ohio, Cosa Nostra cited. Testimony earlier in year by government informant James Fratianno against Presser quoted; Presser's Ohio teamsters recalled supporting Reagan during pres. campaign [PRESSER - comments.] Presser recalled appearing before grand jury in 1975 with regard to mob-dominated Teamster funds; defense of Presser's role by transition team member Jim Brady quoted.
